This in person session is an intensive look at your energetic system and focuses on balancing your chakras as well as an in depth look at any areas in life where you need intuitive guidance.

Usui Reiki
Energy healing and clearing
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee), is an ancient form of healing rediscovered by Japanese monk, Dr. Mikao Usui in the mid 1800's. It is a form of energy healing that is powerful, yet gentle and very effective, working on the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional level. It gently removes blockages within and allows you to feel a release on all levels, while regaining a balanced energy flow. It is relaxing and rejuvenating!
Reiki treatments reduce stress, help flush out toxins from the body, calm the mind, rebalance the mind/body connection, enhance relaxation, promote physical and emotional healing, restful sleep, increases energy/focus/mental clarity, aid pain relief, help digestion, and is an overall very gentle way to heal on all levels.

3 session package - $222 + hst
